The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program gives undocumented immigrants brought to the US as children the opportunity to study and work. There are nearly 800,000 people covered by DACA, and their passion and diverse perspectives are what's needed to drive science forward

While the Administration has expressed it’s intention to end DACA, the ultimate fate of the program is still unclear. What is clear is if we lose these dreamers, we lose their contributions to science, technology, culture, and society as a whole
